All items of jewellery that are hand made by Dogstone Designs will be made to your exact requirements and will be sent within ten working days. Any item which you would like to return must be received by Dogstone Designs within seven working days from the day the item is received from Dogstone Designs. Refunds will only be given once the item of jewellery is returned to Dogstone Designs having not been worn and in its original packaging and condition.

Returns are not always possible on hand made items of jewellery. This is due to handmade items of jewellery being made to your exact measurements and requirements. If a refund is not possible for an item, Dogstone Designs will state this prior to any production.
