All items purchased from Dogstone Designs are sent out as soon as we possibly can. In most cases orders are dispatched the same day* that they are ordered. Please note that handmade jewellery especially silver rings take time to carefully produce and due to this we recommend that you allow 10-14 day for delivery of these items.

If you have a an urgent required deliver time, please contact us by the clicking here and explain clearly your delivery deadline. We will contact you by return to let you know whether Dogstone Designs can deliver within your time frame.



Dogstone Designs uses a FedEx and Royal Mail to deliver you your jewellery as fast as possible. Please note, that the Royal Mail service is only available for orders with the United Kingdom.

To get a shipping cost estimate, click on view cart and add your address details and select the shipping method that you would like a quote for based on the product you are purchasing.

All FedEx shipping includes full insurance to the value of the item that you are purchasing.

All items sent are insured to the value paid to Dogstone Designs of the item purchased and under no circumstances are insured to the value as stated on the valuation certificate supplied.

All Dogstone Designs jewellery items are beautifully presented in a unique presentation box used only by Dogstone Designs, so to confirm its Authenticity.

*Items purchased through telephone ordering or personal check may take longer to deliver due to the time taken for alternative payment methods to clear in to the Dog Designs bank account completely.
