Q. When will my item be delivered ?
A. All Silver and Gold items will be sent within 10 working days of payment. This will give us time to hand make each item ordered.

Q. What ring sizes do you supply?
A. All jewellery can be made in any size and shape. Ring sizes should be given to Dogstone Designs prior to work commencing and once payment has been made.

Q. How do I get my ring size?
A. A ring size can be found by visiting any local jewellery store. They will take a quick and easy measurement and this can then be passed on to us here at Dogstone Designs. When ordering a wide Silver ring, please obtain a straight forward ring size as if wearing a thin band. We will do the measurements to make this ring fit perfectly as some jewellery stores will ask how wide the ring is you will be buying. They can then sometimes give you an inflated size which will take into account the width of the ring. THIS IS NOT WHAT WE NEED. JUST A NORMAL SIZE IS NEEDED.

Q. I would like to order a bespoke commission. Is this possible?
A. YES, we will be very happy to talk to you at any time regarding a bespoke commission. As all of our prices are at Trade, we will only charge you a Trade price to make the item. Most items can be made and we will always help in any way possible.

Q. Can you use my old Gold to make a new ring?
A. Although it will be possible to send us your old jewellery to help the cost of your new item, we do not melt down jewellery and use it to make any new items. The reason for this is that we work in the old traditional sense and we do not cast any work. This means that we are happy to scrap your old jewellery and recover the best possible price for it. This can then be used to pay for new jewellery. Please note that prices for scrap metals differ from day to day. We will never try to profit from this and the price you will get will be the price paid on that day by the scrap dealer.

Q. Can I pay using a Bank Cheque?
A. Yes this is no problem at all, however there is an additional surcharge of 1% of the total value of the goods for all payments made by cheque which is added automatically at checkout if you chose this payment method. All cheques must be made payable to Dogstone Designs. No jewellery will be sent prior to the cleared funds being in our account. Please select this payment method when making your order.
